Battlefront: Not allowed access to online features

 I am trying to get online to play the Star Wars Battlefront Beta online, however I get a message saying "Not allowed access to online features". I don't know why, nor do I see any messages on my acc...

If your not allowed access to online features you should ring EA and ask them to change your account from child to Adult.

How do we contact EA? I'm having the same problem.
