Battlefront Shadowplay Suttering Problem

Hello,

recently I started recording Battlefront with Nvidia's Shadowplay,

Its the best recorder out there in my opinion, I have a smooth 70 fps when recording but for some reason I have these spike lags (Stuttering) on random moments. Any Shadowplay pro's willing to help me out? I have a GTX 960 (4gb), i5 core and 4 gigs of ram.

  • Hi @GewgleChrome

I do streaming but i use OBS.

First you don't have enough Random access memory (RAM) to make a streaming quality as you want.😇- you need 8 GB minimum.

And you need to run the game in fullscreen windowed .(very important this step)

  • Alright, I'll get some more gigs. Anyway, I've seen some videos on the Interwebz saying I should change my video location output to like, for example, my SSD, will this work if getting more gigs wont ?
    Thanks!

    We're welcome @GewgleChrome

If you are just streaming, it does not use the hard disk at all. It only uses hard disk if you are actually recording to file(in this case is very good your SSD). Hard disk is not used for caching, only RAM.
