Thanks for the quick reply. I thought that may be the case so I have tried switching between stereo and surround sound (and their accompanying sub-options) with no effect other than a difference in the sound - nothing changes much with the overall volume level of the game.

This hasn't resolved my issues the game volumes is * and I have been though every setting in volume in the control panel.
so FIX your game I can use the exact same headphones and set up in Battlefield 4 and it works perfectly.
This game ISNT worth $100 I am so pissed off I bought this
