Battlefront will not load to a menu screen only a battle involving Darth Vader

Question

long story short, I purchased the new battlefront game for my son and whenever we load the game into the PlayStation 4 it will not allow us to access a menu screen. It goes right into a battle in which youplay Darth Vader fighting off the rebels, and it says play this battle until battlefront is finished downloading. The problem is the game has already fully downloaded and no matter how many times we try to delete all files and re download the game it's the same thing every time...HELP

@ChaosMieterOnce the download part finishes I think there's some time before the install part concludes.

Can you try installing without entering the Vader game? Try tracking the progress from the main menu.

Alternately please try leaving it running, hopefully it'll just go through before long.&nbsp;

I'm getting this constantly now, thing is I preloaded last week, and have been playing , I'm currently level 8 but not the game thinks its not installed.

I've clean installed the game, repaired it, reinstalled origin, ran it as administrator...

we tried at least 10 times....It literally does not give him a choice, once you load the disc plus the updates it throws him right into a never ending battle and you never get the EA screen nor the main menu....The only thing you see is the battlefont still screen, then switches to a still of Darth Vader and says play this while your game is finished loading, like I said we exit out of it and look at the progress bar for the install and it's 100 percent complete... Let me throw this out there....Is it possible that this is happening because we have 2 playstation 4's??? I bought a new one for myself with the battlefront game, installed it and played it no problem. I bought a second copy for my son, totally different disc. I am wonderING if because this caosmaster EA account is linked through the same email that my new ps4 was set up under, if the game is crossing information between both ps4's, or if there is an actually problem with the game itself I purchesed for him??? It's very strange

I'm playing on PC, but have 2 copies, one for my son.

We played together for a couple of hours yesterday, and for about 20mins this morning but I can no longer play as get put into the Vader mini game every time and sit at 0% installation forever.

Out of ideas on this now and still no help from EA.
