Battlefront XBOX ONE crash wen connect to multiplayer

Can you clarify if just the game gets shut down or your console completely crashes? Do you have a similar issue with any other games on Xbox One?

  Hmm... I don't think problem with our servers would cause the whole game to crash 🤭
  
  Could you both try a few troubleshooting steps for me?
  
  Power cycle your console.
  
  Check the system updates.
  
  Reset your console to factory defaults while keeping your games and apps.
  
  Clear your cloud data.
  
  Check if your connection is good.

    I made a clip of the crash, clip ends because it goes back to the Dash.
    I tried all those help suggesttions and none worked. I have more then one profile on my xbox and when booting up the game those profiles don't crash like this.

I too am having the same issue. Game crashes right after the connecting to the server is done.

My game has also been crashing at the main Battlefront 1 page. Connects to multiplayer and then immediately freezes and shuts down the game, bringing me back to the Xbox menu. I've tried pretty much everything I could think of for troubleshooting so I'm pretty sure it's not a problem with my Xbox or with my wifi connection since I've never had this problem before or with any other games

The game crashes to the xbox home screen the instant the friends list is resolved and connection to the EA servers is established. The same issue occurs sporadically in Battlefront 2 when accessing the friends list. The game locks up, repeating the last sound or music note about a thousand timrs rapidly then crashes. Both games have been fully installed all extra files have been deleted and cache is cleared and all ports on my router have been checked and I also use a hard-line connection. If the ventilator or a lot more than just 23 people with this issue
