EA Staff (Retired)Hmm... I don't think problem with our servers would cause the whole game to crash 🤭
Could you both try a few troubleshooting steps for me?
- Power cycle your console.
- Check the system updates.
- Reset your console to factory defaults while keeping your games and apps.
- Clear your cloud data.
- Check if your connection is good.

I made a clip of the crash, clip ends because it goes back to the Dash.
I tried all those help suggesttions and none worked. I have more then one profile on my xbox and when booting up the game those profiles don't crash like this.
- I play in other profile and works, my profile is the problem
- I have tried under multiple profiles and the issue persists
- ApprovedJust wanted to drop by with a possible fix for the xbox one:
I had the exact same issue as CauldronofDeath5 in the above video: the game would start up fine until it connected to the EA servers on the main game screenthen it would crash to the main xbox page.
I tried power cycling the console , uninstalling and reinstalling the game, resting the console to factory settings, nothing worked.
Finally I deleted my account cloud data, and it has been working ever since.
1) Go to "My Games and Apps"
2) Navigate over to SW Battlefront
3) Press the 3 line button (next to "X" button)
4) Select "Manage Game"
5) Scroll down to "Saved Data"
6) Select your account
7) I chose "Delete Everywhere"
8) Restart console
Voila, it worked for me and only takes about a minute. This will also keep your battlefront player level, all unlocks, all challenges & Hutt contracts, and gun unlocks. It won't delete any of it.

- ApprovedMy game has loaded up properly twice since the problem started occurring out of approximately 50 tries but with many of the previously listed troubleshooting steps involved in between every one.
- All of us have performed all of these steps as you've indicated. It is clear that the game crashes the instant that it connects to E A servers. I want several other online games including Call of Duty see if the eaves fortnite and player unknown and none of these games have any issues connecting to multiplayer and again it only occurs the instant that your xbox friends list resolved with the EA servers
