Bd-1 missing after patch stuck in hole where you get scomp link game breaking

When will this be fixed

    @fraser99finlay71 I've consolidated your posts here. Unfortunately in this scenario you may need to restart the game if the patches released didn't retroactively resolve the issue for your save.

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I am stuck where you get the scomp link and can not get out been a month and a half now still nothing.I am stuck here because bd-1 is missing and in usuable can’t see him or use any of his abilities this is after the supposed patch this is also my third complaint on this!!
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? .
What happens when the bug occurs? Bd-1 unseen and un usable.
What do you expect to see? Bd-1 there and working.
