    @McDuble33download the latest patch 1.04 and finish that fight arena. once you leave on the Mantis and land at your next planet. turn off the console and reload - BD1 should return

I had a simmilar issue when my BD-1 dissapeared after my game crashed in a cutscene, and when i then logged back in he is gone and there is no way for me to continue progressing
