    @McDuble33download the latest patch 1.04 and finish that fight arena. once you leave on the Mantis and land at your next planet. turn off the console and reload - BD1 should return

I am also experiencing this game crippling bug. I hope it's fixed soon and will not require starting a new game. Far too much time invested to start over and will simply return to the store as broken merchandise.

    I also lost my BD-1 after Underground prison mission where I was able to go to arena before rescueing droid ☹️
