(bespin) No countdown/missing gameplay time

Hey guys! Since the Bespin DLC update, I'm always late when it comes to enter the game and start it from the beginning. First, i dont have a countdown anymore before the game start and somehow, I always miss 30 seconds to 1 min 30 sec of gameplay even if I'm staying in the same server and thats pretty annoying, given the fact that u need to prepare ur star cards hands before the game start and to be quick to activate the generators/take control of a point etc. Can somebody tell me how to fix this issue so i can play the full amount of time in a match. Oh and by the way, i tried to play the original game and the first DLC after i noticed this problem but it seems the problem is now affecting every map and mods. Thank you!
