Black Screen on Start (Xbox One Disc)

Xbox One disc purchased, installed, and updated.  When I launch the game, I get only a black screen except for a bar on the bottom left that appears to be the Jedi's health but the game is progressin...

Do you happen to have a different HDMI cord you could try?

    I can try that but all of the other games including Battlefront II work fine.

        @EA_Aljo Same.  I can hear talking (human and droid) but completely blank until after the talking is over and then the health bar appears.  I turned the brightness setting to over 4 and still completely blank.
