Yes, I tried toggling all of them on and off and nothing changes.
Have you tried changing the resolution on your TV?

You could try that. If you have HDR active, try disabling it as well. Also, I'm going to be leaving soon for the weekend. If what I suggested doesn't help, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

Thank you for the help. I am chatting with one of the EA agents now but it appears we are just going to follow the script.

They'll probably take you through all the troubleshooting steps they can. It's a bit of an odd issue. I assume changing the resolution/HDR didn't help?

I checked and my TV is a 10+ YO LED and I could not find a way to lower the resolution from 1080p. After jumping through the script hoops with the chat agent, I decided I would return the game. Everything else works on that console including Battlefront II, Fortnite, Plants v Zombies, etc. so it has to be unique to the disc or game. I appreciate the help. If I decide to exchange, I will let you know if the new disc works.

Do you happen to have another TV you can try? Or another console? I'm not sure exchanging the game is going to help, but hopefully, it does. Let me know. Thanks!
