Community ManagerThey'll probably take you through all the troubleshooting steps they can. It's a bit of an odd issue. I assume changing the resolution/HDR didn't help?
I checked and my TV is a 10+ YO LED and I could not find a way to lower the resolution from 1080p. After jumping through the script hoops with the chat agent, I decided I would return the game. Everything else works on that console including Battlefront II, Fortnite, Plants v Zombies, etc. so it has to be unique to the disc or game. I appreciate the help. If I decide to exchange, I will let you know if the new disc works.

Do you happen to have another TV you can try? Or another console? I'm not sure exchanging the game is going to help, but hopefully, it does. Let me know. Thanks!
