Black Screen Xbox One

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I get a black screen, and I can only see my health bar. I can see the subtitles, and I can also hear the audio. When I press start, I can see all of the menus as well.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You probably can't because I'm sure it's a case by case thing. I've been reading the support questions and many other people are having the same problem and it's still going unsolved.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes black and I only see my health bar and subtitles.
What do you expect to see? Duel with second sister.

I also see a green haze in the first scene of the game when you overlook the scrapyard. I have checked the video settings on my Xbox and everything is fine.

    Hi there, @sanfiel.

    Have you checked the video settings in Fallen Order to see if any of the options there are enabled? If so, try disabling them. Also, is it only this game you get odd visuals with? Possibly trying a different HDMI cable will help.
