Blue artifacts

    Turned out it was actually MSI Afterburner. Shutting it down stopped the artifacts.

There are two likely situations here, either a video driver issue or physical damage/defect of the video card.

If the issue persists after reinstalling or updating your video drivers then the second case is much more probable.

*Edit* Overheating is also a possibility but I think the first two cases are much more likely to be what is going on.
