One major downside to console is the inability to map keys to whatever you want. The reason Boba's aim is there is because his jet pack is bound to the left trigger, which would usually be aim down sight for normal circumstances.
Yes it may be a bit annoying, but that is the downside to consoles not having button mapping.
One alternative to this on the Xbox One is having the Elite Controller that you can re-map the buttons to whatever you want, and can even save two profiles directly to the controller that you can switch on-the-fly with the slider button, and you could make Boba's aim whatever you like. Hopefully Sony will one day make a controller much like the Xbox One Elite controller.
