When is the new patch for the bounty hunter fix expected to drop?
The put an update once per week. Apparently. So should come this first week of December @ApexAlec
this big prevents you from progressing in the story. The huntsmen is not spawning on zeffo, therefor you can’t go on with the story. If this is not fixed in the upcoming patch then it notbe solved before next year. Then I bought this game for nothing. Why are you releasing a half finished game full of bugs and no way to restart a mission or similar?! I am very angry because I was already skeptical before I bought it and this game proves my doubts.
I hope the next patch does indeed fix this for us, and that it comes soon. I know the dev who committed the fix to the game said he expects it should release next week if all goes well.
@VincliveI just don't understand why company (Sony in this case) don't approve the patch if it is ready, meh
there are people who have bought the game and cannot finish it, three weeks is really serious and long as waiting, imho
Geez... Went out of town for a week and expected to find an update available when so got back to fix this so that I could spend another 10 minutes in the game to get the platinum... Very disappointing when we know that they know the fix and just haven’t deployed it.
My only guess is that this fix will be rolled up into a greater patch to fix other things that other players may be experiencing that I did not experience myself. Looking at the bug reports board, there seems to be a lot of issues still. This has to be it.
BUT an ETA announcement on when we should expect “a patch” to be released would at least lower my BP on this and many others I would think.
Was missing two bounty hunter kills / scans with no bounty hunters showing up at any of the known spawn points ever. After patch 1.05 bounty hunters would show up regularly and I found the two I was missing within about an hour. Thanks for the patch! There is hope for some of us at least!
Any idea if the bounty hunters are supposed to permanently disappear after being killed? I finished the game, 100% everything, and the only thing I'm missing is the databank scan for a Commander Bounty Hunter, which I can't find anywhere anymore. The only two Bounty Hunters that will still spawn after about 3 hours of searching every map will only spawn in Kashyyk (where the flame troopers used to shoot at the fireflies), and it's the Jetpack Bounty Hunter and Bounty Droid. Is this another bug? Do bounty hunters permanently leave the map once you've killed them a certain number of times? I always used to see them spawn on Zeffo, Dathomir, and Bogano consistently, but after finishing the game and going back to get my platinum, the single bounty hunter I need has not spawned and every single location I checked where they used to is either always empty or just has storm troopers. Please help.
Quick update: since I posted this, I continued to walk through the maps looking for more bounty hunters and from what I've gathered, the spawn points I defeated them no longer spawn them any more. I was able to find a Commander and Droid combo in the crashed Venator ship to get my platinum, but just in case people were wondering, I think defeated Bounty Hunters are forever gone, so make sure you scan them in your fights. Always target the ones you already killed and scanned first so that you can scan the second one after you defeat them.
I'm having the same bug where I defeated all the Bounty hunters but did not scan the bodies, not allowing the achieve... the last one I defeated on Bogano crashed my pc and upon restart the game had awarded me the "defeated" achieve so no more re spawn of that Hunter, not allowing me to complete Hexian Brood Tac#1
I had an issue where I was fighting the bounty hunters in the venator, one being the droid which I didn’t have the scan for, and they followed me when I backed out the door. I died and they weren’t there when I kept retrying. So instead of resting or quitting and reloading I just pressed the ps button while game was still playing and closed the application. I restarted it and they were back. This worked a second time when I failed to beat them the first attempt and they disappeared again. I won that time though so don’t know if it would have worked a third time, but it seems like a good work around to get your bounty hunters.
