Broke Tomb of Eilram with alternative puzzle solution - unable to 100%

Summarize your bug The Zeffo Tomb of Eilram puzzle space after the ice slide requiring several air tunnels be opened to position a sphere in the center of the room has alternative solution that can prevent players from 100% exploring the tomb. I solved the puzzle without breaking open the wall to the opposing air tunnel (opposite corner with force echo) by using Force slow ability. Since the puzzle is locked after solving, I am now unable to complete 100% exploration with no way to break open the wall to the final air tunnel/switch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with solving the air tunnel puzzle without breaking through the wall to the air tunnel that will balance the sphere in the center of the wall. Can use Force slow to stop the sphere and turn of air flow to slow momentum before it reaches the center blast of air.
What happens when the bug occurs? Puzzle solution occurs, locking the room and sphere in the "solved" state. The game is progressible, but you cannot reset the puzzle or otherwise break through the wall, meaning you can't get higher than 96% exploration of the tomb.
What do you expect to see? Several things can be done to fix this. 1. Make the puzzle impossible to solve without using all air tunnels 2. Include a mechanic to reset the puzzle space or remove the sphere from it's final position. 3. Do not require the alcove with air tunnel behind breakable wall space to be opened for 100% exploration 4. Include some other ability that will allow the wall to be broken after puzzle solution.
