Buggy after Upgrading to Nvidia Driver 441.41

Summarize your bug There was some minor color glitching prior to nvidia driver upgrade, but now after upgrading to Nvidia Driver 441.41, there is graphics corruption with intermittent horizontal lines breaking up the graphics. The prior issue with the color glitching (especially on the face) seems resolved, but now there is this separate bigger issue =(
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade the driver on a computer with a GeForce card (mine specifically is the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti) to 441.41, and see if it happens for you
What happens when the bug occurs? Horizontal lines across screen as described above
What do you expect to see? Normal gameplay without horizontal buggy lines... LOL

Whats really strange is when I did a screen capture and checked it, the issue did not appear in the recording of the screen capture... Don't know what that means but unfortunately I won't be able to show it with a YouTube link.
