Can’t Complete Bogano Database

I had this difficulty too on #2 creature - Bingo. I came and went and came back several times trying to get it. I was guided to the proper location by a video. I'm sure you can find a video to take you to this location. It is in the Great Divide looking across at the Bingo. You should be standing right behind a canvas stool with a blanket to the left on the ground.  I didn't get any indicator when I first approached to scan. Finally, for some reason, I just stood there looking at the Bingo. After a while the scan indicator appeared. I scanned it and all is now well! Guess it just takes a little patience, or maybe the Bingo just needs some attention before it will give you permission to scan.
