Can’t complete Kashyyyk or scan Imperial Occupation 8

Summarize your bug I have all of the locations on Kashyyyk 100% completed but it won’t let me scan imperial occupation 8 and it says I’m at 99% on kashyyyk.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to scan imperial occupation 8, the sap barrels, in the refinery.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t complete the world or the databank.
What do you expect to see? Should be able to scan imperial occupation 8 and complete kashyyyk.
