can’t leave crash site or ice caves

all three of the transport things in the ice caves on zeffo have gone up to the surface and for some reason won’t go back down to the ice caves. since this seems to be my only way out of the crash site, i’m stuck. what do i do? i’d really appreciate some help with this, it’d be really frustrating to have to give up on this great game because of this.

I thought that at first too, but then I realized they just took a bit of time to descend. If you use the action key/button to recall the trams, they should slowly come down. One way you can check to see if they are descending is to bring up the holomap.
