No one from EA is here. When the CMs are on duty, they cannot answer every single possible post. This is the player community self-help website, and a response here is not a guaranteed result. Screaming at us (all CAPS) won't do anything other than reveal personal boorishness.

If you can't handle the slow pace of a user-driven forum, you should long since now have been seeking help from the official customer support personnel on Help Center.
