Can two players on the same console share a Season Pass?

My son and I are both looking forward to playing SW:Battlefront on our Xbox One. My question is, if one of us purchases the Season Pass, will both of us have access to the content? Or is it limited to one gamertag?

@ZacDilone13 Hey, sorry I think there's some confusion here.

The Season Pass ownership will only apply to one account, however it should be subject to standard Home Sharing practice. So as long as the purchasing account is set to home you should be able to play it on the other account.

@ZacDilone13 the Season Pass will be bound to one Gamertag aka to the XBL account which you used when buying or activating the Season Pass.

That's really disappointing. It shouldn't be the case that two gamers sharing a console each have to buy a Season Pass.
At that rate, how long will it be until EA figures out a way to make each player purchase their own disc?
