Cannot install Starwars Squadrons on the PC

Question

I bought Starwars squadrons from the Epic store and it fails to install. You can find the details here:

I have been back and forth between Epic and EA support for around two weeks with no solution. Also there is at least one other person having the problem as you can see in the above linked thread.

My latest email from Epic says:Hello there again,&nbsp;Thanks for your reply and confirming you have tried these steps.&nbsp;The issue appears to be on Origin or EA Games side, and you would need to wait for their support to respond to your ticket you created.&nbsp;I really understand I am not able to assist you today with your issue, but if you ever need help with another issue, or they send you back here please let us know.

People are now starting to report the same issue with Starwars Battlefront2 from the Epic Store as can be seen towards the end of my unanswered Origin support thread:
