Cannot Leave Zeffo Ice Caves - Game Breaking

I tried taking the longer route but the game also crashes at the Imperial Headquarters, either right at or just after the Purge Trooper. I've tried rebuilding the PS4 database and deleting and reinstalling the game without and with applying the 1.06 update. Nothing seems to help 😢
@BenJacobi have you been able to figure out a way around this bug?
