Cannot load in to Multiplayer Ranked Fleet Battles

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Fleet Battles
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. When the game loads into Fleet battles, after choosing my ship, and waiting to load in, I get the error that there was a time out loading the level and I am removed from the game with error code 218.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. In the hangar of multiplayer fleetbattles.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It started with the deployment of patch 1.2

What happens when the bug occurs? I get booted back to the main menu with error message 218.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be loaded into the match.

I've tried the suggestions in the connective guide as its been suggested to any other player that's made a similar report. Here are the results:
