Can't complete Fleet Battle Tutorial

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Trying to complete an objective in the fleet battle tutorial but the "destroy power system" objective doesn't update after destroying it which leads to the star destroyer not being destroyed which means you cannot complete the tutorial.

How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? Trying to complete an objective in the fleet battle tutorial but the "destroy power system" objective doesn't update after destroying it which leads to the star destroyer not being destroyed which means you cannot complete the tutorial. I've destroyed all objectives even though the on-screen objective doesn't update and brought the ship down to 1 health and the ship doesn't die.
What do you expect to see? The objective to update and the ship to explode

Trying to complete an objective in the fleet battle tutorial but the "destroy power system" objective doesn't update after destroying it which leads to the star destroyer not being destroyed which means you cannot complete the tutorial. I managed to destroy everything and get it down to 1 health but the objective doesn't update and the ship doesn't explode which means I cannot complete the tutorial.
EDIT - I don't know how but after multiple attempts the "destroy power system" objective finally updated when I destroyed it. The only different thing that happened was that I didn't die during the match and was changed ships.
EDIT 2 - I attempted to do the tutorial again after it finally worked (see edit 1) and was able to complete the tutorial easily. I believe the issue may be connected to not changing ships when completing the optional mission "return to hanger"
