2 days agoHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a quick power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
You also may want to clear the alternate MAC address.
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
