Community ManagerThanks for trying. As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I just want to see if you can connect on a completely different connection.
I was surprised to see that this worked. However, I am now confused about why my network is causing an issue, as I have not had any problems with multiplayer connections in other games.
Community ManagerWe're getting somewhere! This means the issue is with your home network or ISP. Check the NAT setting for me. You can find that in the network settings screen on your XBOX.
Also, something else you can try is deleting the local saved games. Those instructions can be found in this article. I'm still leaning towards being an issue with your network/ISP though.
