can't connect to xbox one online star wars battlefront 2015

Hi EA,

On the 19th November i purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2015 on line for my X Box One. I already own Fifa 16 and Battlefield Hardline and have no trouble playing online with these two games but StarWars won't let me Play online. Every time I try to start it tells me in the top left hand corner that i am not connected and to press Y to connect. After a minute or so it tells me i don't have access.

    Hey @toshieee

    Could you make sure that you have all of the correct ports open in order to access the game. You can find the details here.

    Just to confirm you also currently have a subscription to XBOX Live gold?

    Hi Andy,     Just wondering it is December 26 2015 and I have StarWars Battlefront and it says multiple messages and 1 is I am not allowed to play online and 2 is I need an EA account in order to play I have tried many things. Can you tell me how to fix it?

    I have this exact same issue. I press Y to connect, I get an error message saying I'm not allowed access to online. my xbox is set to unrestricted, I have active xbox live subscription and an EA account. I have no issue playing ANY game at all. this is very frustrating, I got this game for xmas and so far have been unable to play online. please help

    Same exact issue. I had this same issue with the beta, it kept me from playing it the whole time it was installed. I was kind of hoping EA would've fixed this problem by now.

    Hi I have the same problem as you that I cant connect to star wars battlefront when I have xbox live and an ea account do you know how to fix it if you do or you know any one who does please contact me.

    I have the same issue with my Xbox one, it doesn't let me play online at all not even when someone invites me. It keeps on sending me the same message. Please help

    I have XBOX live gold 14 day trial but I cant connect

    BattleFront 2 ... "FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA SERVERS" (NO FIREWALL) XBOX ONE-X

    Error 721 for the last 2 weeks. 400 Mbps Cable Internet, NO FIREWALL, All other games & apps are working flawlessly.

    Never had this issue before in 3 years having Battlefront.

    Game freezes during connecting and then that error.
