Using Xbox controller on pc ,new one for the series console
Buttons are all over the place A is the same as the start button. cant turn the ship can only go up or down. this is a mess of a game. very disapointed. I have disabled EA overlay. stil not working. This controller works for all my other games
DICE TeamYes on a pc. Tried it with an old xbox360 wired controller and it all maps correctly. Would prefer the new xbox controller
I'm having the exact same issue. My Xbox Series X/S controller's button mapping is completely helter skelter. The A Button is mapped as Down on the D-pad, and so on and so forth.
I just figured out that the button mapping lines up only if I press the Windows key while in-game and then engage with the controller. the only downside is I have no sound if i do it that way. ALSO, it works properly when it's connected by cable.
