Can't get off the underside of the bridge in the Nightbrothers village

Summarize your bug I am under the bridge in the Nightbrother village on Dathomir. I can't jump down from the pipe under the bridge. I tried rebuilding my database and that didn't help.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to get into the Nightbrothers village by going under the bridge.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't release my hold on the "pipe" and fall to the ground below.
What do you expect to see? Landing on the ground below.
