Can't grow plants after finishing story campain

Still having this problem a week later with the Milk Grass and Mushbloom. Will try the "let game run for an hour" trick but this is an extremely dumb thing to have to do after tacking on seven additional hours after finishing the campaign.

Hi I am also having this issue. I was missing 2 seeds at the end of the game but 4 wont grow and 1 is stuck in the sprout stage. I have played a full playthrough of Kashyyyk (Start at ship fight everything and rest at every point. 2 sittings over an hour of gameplay) I got back to the mantis and none of the plants had made any progress. I have completed all holomaps and have all of the trophies so there isn't anything left to do but farm enemies. 

Featherfern, Dreamwort, Bleeding Gut and Mushling all won't sprout. Bonshyyr won't grow past a sprout.
