I'm trying to play Battlefield 1 and can't access it because it looks like someone hacked my account and link their steam with my account.

You can unlink your Steam from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had Steam linked to it before in its lifetime.
That means if you unlink Steam from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Steam to it in the future.
