Can't login to EA online; Duplicate Email

Trying to login on EA with Battlefront on xbox1 but it gives me an old account with a Comcast email that isn't active anymore...I have a current email that's connected to PS4 copy. Customer service calls don't help, they are looking for verification of an account that doesn't exist, and I don't have the password for. Apparently it has games on it but I can't get to any of the information on it and a change password request goes to that old email...anyone have suggestions or can I get contacted by an EA rep here in the USA?
