So Lucky,
I found a Solution.
My Thrustmaster T-Padals are connected to the PC via an USB<->RJ45 Connector.On this connector is a little switch. You can switch between CAR and FLIGHT.
My switch was on CAR, which is wtong for flightsims, of course.
I switched it to flight. After that is is detected by squadrons.
