can't stop spinning wheel on train

Question

The spinning wheel which has to be climbed to get on top of train is not showing a blue ring at anytime after many stormtrooper kills.

The spinning wheel should at one point show a blue ring around it and at this time you can use your force to stop it so you can climb it.

yes spend too much tile taking out scouts just sits there and never turns blue

For anyone else still struggling with this. I spent way too long killing storm troopers that are never ending . I then followed the instruction to dodge and parry and did it in 30 seconds.&nbsp;
