Can't travel back to Dathomir after finishing on Ilum

I've progressed to the point where I have constructed my new lightsaber on Ilum and escaped the Empire. However, when attempting to travel back to Dathomir to continue the campaign, my game freezes at the start of the hyperspace cinematic (so after you sit in your chair), the audio makes a 'brrr' sound, and my game crashes. This happens 100% of the time when travelling to Dathomir only, all other planets and all their areas have no issues at all.
