Cant unlock abilities.

Is there some reason I can't unlock abilities in the game? I have 10 skill points but I can't unlock any more abilities.  I attached a screen shot showing the abilities I have already unlocked, the l...

    @madmatter26 hey this should help you can only spend skill points at a meditation point i assume your screenshot is from the pause menu

    Nah, I have 3 Skill points and even when I meditate It doesn’t allows me to unblock them
