Can't use online features on Xbox one

I loaded up the game and then in the top left corner it said press Y to connect. I then pressed the button and it said You are not allowed to play online and I have no restrictions on my console and I have a good connection to the internet. I am very confused. So now I can only play the single player missions and I've already completed all of them. What's going on EA?
