Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen OrderPlatform:PCSummarize your bug I got stuck within the map immediately following a Ilum cutscene where Cal falls through a patch of ice, leaving BD1 behind. Clearly I'm supposed to fall into the water and progress but I am stuck behind the ceiling of the cave. There is no player control involved because it is during the cutscene. I can swim back up to the surface but there is no way out and I am sure that I'm supposed to be able to swim through the submerged tunnel. Because of the nature of the story's mission, I can't leave the planet and do something else because I have no lightsaber. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurs immediately following the Ilum cutscene where Cal falls through the ice, leaving behind BD-1, and falls into a submerged cave. What happens when the bug occurs? The player becomes stuck within the map, unable to progress through the game. You can swim up to a air pocket where there is no escape, and back down to the ceiling of the cave that you should be swimming through. What do you expect to see? I expect to regain control following this cutscene so I can progress through the rest of the game. I expect to see this bug fixed to guarantee that players can not get stuck within the world, and I expect it to be done quickly. This is a embarrassing, game-breaking, bug for a AAA studio and not what I EXPECT to find in the game at all.I have no more information to add for this bug report.

I only just discovered this, but if the cutscene doesn’t load on dathomir after escaping the tomb travel to to ilum or any other planet and once it loads you will be stuck in the mantis. When you attempt a reload your character will be stuck next to the door not able to move or do anything.What happens when the bug occurs? When you travel to another planet your character becomes frozen and cannot move at all.What do you expect to see? The cutscene after reaching the ship then going to ilum to repair my lightsaber.This is the first time i’ve encountered this glitch so I’m not sure if you can recreate it.

All we get to see. Maybe now we know why we never heard of him in canon/legends. (Humor)

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Character is completely frozen, I've tried loading the game from the most recent save point, which just brings me right back. I'm so frustrated given how much time I've put into the game.

@Axs3355Sxa3550 Tried a bunch of stuff but nothing has worked. For now I'm gonna keep my old save in the hopes that they fix it, and start a new game and just try to blast through the story.

After multiple attempts, it finally worked. Not sure if it played out on it's own or if me holding the dive button(which I did on previous attempts) did anything. Either way, if you're having the same problem, it can work but it'll take some luck.

That’s what i’m doing now. Hopefully it doesn’t glitch out again and if it doesn’t load the cutscene i’ll try to find a meditation point or use the one on the ship and see if reloading that file works

Having similar problem as well. Left Dothomir after escaping the nightsisters after my lightsaber was broken. Landed on Ilum, no cutsence after leaving the Mantis so am stuck..
Using PC + Microsoft Xbox Controller
Game breaking bug, really do not want to do the whole thing over again, having only one savegame file and no way to go back to previous saves.
