Chest Glitch on Ilum in the Jedi Temple

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I have collected all chests including the one on Ilum in the Jedi Temple but when I check my progress for the area it says it is not collected. I go into the area to see if I missed the chest and I found it again, but it is already opened. I have the rewards you receive from it, but it will not register as completed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See if anyone else has the same issue or recreate the issue yourselves possibly.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive the completion for the chest being collected although I have the rewards.
What do you expect to see? I would like this to be patched so I can achieve 100% game completion.

It continuously says 0/1 but the chest is opened already so I do not know what to do.

It is the last trophy I need for the platinum and I am hoping that this will be patched soon. If anyone has an idea of what I can do I would appreciate if you can help. Thank you!

    Same for me. Except I collected the chest on my first visit to Ilum, now that I've returned the chest is showing as not collected but also the opened chest doesn't appear at all in the underwater room.

    Is there going to be a fix to this bug?! Because now I do not see the need to play the game anymore and if they can’t fix it why should I have to keep this game?! Refund my money for a game that i can’t even complete...sounds awesome!!

    No need to explain further. Please fix as this is the last needed item and its driving me nuts. Thank you.
