we're working on a fix for this. fix didn't get submitted in-time for today's patch 1.04, but it will be in the next one. returning to the area with an open chest will count it

@brandedrespawn Good to hear! Will the fix retroactively update our missing map data for those already affected, or just prevent this from happening to other users?

@trosen123 retroactive. if you return to the part of the map with the chest, it'll count it

    Don't know why they havent addressed this yet, and now its thanksgiving, a time when you actually have the time and can play the game but your stuck on this bugg...?
    No patch this week, that's for sure.

    Oh cmon, next week? I could replay this whole thing in that time... But since its riddled with buggs I rather not. Thanks for fixing it but this is ridiculous that we have to wait this long for a patch.
