Cloud Sync Error - Lost All Progress

My computer froze while loading Squadrons today, and when I rebooted and launched again, I was prompted with the Cloud Sync Error window from Steam. It gave me two options, use the Cloud Sync file which was dated 10/09 (this confused me because I have played daily since launch, including last night), and 10/17, this morning.

After choosing the more recent one, I had to go through the first-time launch cinematics and menus. I now have no progress? My Steam client shows that I have 37 hours and a whole bunch of achievements, but none of this is reflected in-game. I was level 25 or so and just gotten all my customization where I'd wanted it.

Any ideas?  Is there a way to get at least my online/multiplayer progress back?
