When I go on to my game it said I am offline when I have wifi on. It said press to connect but it said i must be signed into my ea account which I had already done

Have you tried using a hard wired connection? Which platform are you using by the way?
I don't own one. I suggest you go to their support page to troubleshoot your connectivity issue.
This isnt exactly related, but i am using the ps4 browserl and this is the only way it will let me post on somthing that isnt a battlefield forum.. Anyway my problem is that my detailed stats on this website are not registering: i.e. Zero kills, still says rank 1. i been playing for weeks and i need to see my stats. Really lame that detailed stats are not included in the 60 dollar game. How do i get the stats to upload on the website?
