continuously stuck on stormtrooper fight sequence on train - jedi fallen order

I can't seem to get beyond the stormtrooper fight sequence on the train (one with the big fan). stormtroopers keep dropping down from the ceiling hatch with no end in sight. when I do get the chance ...

You would need to purchase a physical copy of the game. However, most likely that's not the issue. Did you try anything that was suggested in that thread?

please help me navigate to get to a solution/recommendations. #7 is the closest thread. what do i do next?
