Controllers dont work for fallen order at all

hi im having a problem where the ps5 controller dosnt work on jedi fallen order. ive opened fifa 21 and need for speed and the controller works fine in both games,   ive also tried using an xbox controller on fallen order which works.  so it tells me for some reason the ps5 controller isnt supported please fix this ASAP as my xbox controller has major drift issues so its not the best experiance.
i know this problem is minor but honnestly the fix shouldnt be too hard as it allready has controller support just not for ps5 duel sense

Unfortunately, we do not have provisions to make changes to in-game mechanics, and suggested me to report this issue as a bug at our end.
