CPU overheat Inter Core i7-4790K

Hello,

Every time I try to play Star Wars Battlefront Beta, my CPU is overheating. I am using air cooling. It can go up to 100 Celsius! Windows threw 4 times bluescreen. Even on lowest graphics. Any suggestions?

(My GPU is an MSI AMD Radeon R9 280X)

    I have the exact same problem did anyone find a solution?

    I have just cleaned it out, put new paste on cpu and still reaching 90 deg on loading screen not in game play

    its air cooled cooler master hyper 212 evo.

    its just strange its in loading screen not game play

    PLEASE HELP
