Crashing upon entering interrogation room (PC)

Summarize your bug Game crashing upon entering the Interrogation chamber to start the final fight with trilla. It worked fined when I first got there and after I died a couple times, but the after my 4th death upon reentering the chamber it completely crashed the game as I approached the lava pit in the center of the room. when i started the game up again to reenter the room, the door had to be sliced again and it was treated as if i hadnt triggered the initial cutscene yet, but it still crashed as I entered the room. I am worried the original crash has corrupted my save and I dont want to start all over again when im nearly done
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure how to trigger it because it only started happening after i died to trilla several times, so that may be the best place to start. I dont think its a driver issue or anything because I had no prior issues throughout the whole rest of the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game completely freezes up, the music continues for a split second and then cuts, and the game hangs in not responding mode for a full minute before finally crashing.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see the bug fixed in a manner that allows me to keep my save that is literally at the end of the game. As much as I enjoyed this experience I dont want to start from scratch before learning the ending.

Not to sound needy but please Fix this bug asap, i was already frustrated enough that trilla is so difficult but now I cant even fight her.

please help!
